My Style & Philosophy
I am a self-taught photographer with a deep love for the "unplanned." While I’ll always make sure we get those polished, classic shots for the mantle, I live for the candid moments in between—the real laughs, the messy hair, and the genuine connections.
True to Life, True to Color
I am a True Color photographer. My goal isn’t to mask your memories in heavy presets or trendy filters. I want your photos to look just as vibrant and real as the day they were taken. When you look back at your gallery years from now, the greens will look like summer, and the sky will look like home.
What to Expect
Every session is a collaboration. Since I’m self-taught, I don’t follow a rigid "rulebook." Instead, I follow the light and the energy of the people I’m shooting. Expect a relaxed atmosphere where you can be yourself, while I find the perfect angle to tell your story.
How it Works

Step 1: The Chat
Forget the formal meetings. Once you reach out, we’ll dive straight into the details via text. I want to hear what you’re dreaming of, answer your questions, and get a feel for your vision in a way that’s easy and convenient for you.
Step 2: The Plan
Once we’ve got the basics down, I’ll get to work planning the shoot. I’ll scout the perfect "angle" for us—whether that’s a local Chattanooga park, a favorite neighborhood cafe, a cool city street, or the comfort of your own home.
Step 3: The Shoot
We meet up and make it happen! By the time we’re on site, it’ll feel like we’ve already been hanging out. We’ll keep things relaxed, capture those candid moments, and have a great time while we’re at it.

Don't see your question? Fill out the contact section below and I will respond in 24-48 hours!
-
How do I book a session?
You can start booking your session by siply filling out the contact form below! From there I will respond within 24-48 hours to get you on the books!
-
Do you travel?
Yes, I am available for travel worldwide! For sessions outside of Chattanooga, TN, I simply require that travel and accommodation expenses be covered by the client. I handle all the booking logistics myself to keep things easy for you, and I’ll provide a transparent quote for these costs during our initial consultation.
-
How far in advance should I book?
To ensure I can give every client my full attention and maintain a high level of service, I recommend reaching out as soon as you have a date in mind!
For Weddings: Most couples book 3 to 6 months in advance. If you are planning a popular Saturday or a peak wedding season date, earlier is always better to ensure my availability for your big day.
For All Other Sessions: For portraits, branding, or family sessions, a lead time of 2 to 4 weeks usually works best. This gives us plenty of time to collaborate on locations, styling, and all the fun details!
If you have a last-minute request, feel free to check in—if I have a sudden opening in my schedule, I’d love to fit you in!
-
What happens if it rains?
While a little overcast sky can actually make for beautiful, soft lighting, I want you to love your final images! If the weather looks like it won’t cooperate at the time of our shoot, we will simply reschedule for the next available date that works for both of us. I keep a close eye on the forecast leading up to our session and will reach out 24–48 hours in advance if it looks like we need to pivot.
-
How many images will I receive?
I don’t believe in a 'hard limit' for your gallery. Every session is unique, and I prefer to focus on quality and storytelling over a specific number.
My process involves 'culling'—which is just a fancy way of saying I go through every shot taken and hand-select the very best ones. I remove the blinks, the test shots, and the duplicates to ensure your final gallery is a cohesive, beautiful collection of every meaningful moment we captured. Essentially, if it’s a great shot, it’s yours!
